I noticed that a home for sale sold very quickly, and it had a Cressy and Everett sign with Derek Jackson’s name on it in the front yard. I called Derek and knew right away that he was serious about the real estate business. Based on the initial conversation, I decided that Derek would be my broker. I owned a house that I thought I could not sell. One day I saw a Cressy & Everett sign with Derek Jackson’s name on it and decided to call because I was impressed with how fast the house sold. Derek walked me through the process of selling my house. He explained everything and went over the contract step by step. Derek answered my questions in a language that I could easily understand. Immediately, I could see that he was serious about the real estate business. Throughout the process, which lasted a very short time, Derek was honest, professional and kept me informed. I will not hesitate to name him as a reference and use his services again. Derek took what I thought would be a long drawn out stressful experience and made it easy. Thank you, Derek! Derek went beyond my expectations. I am impressed that Derek followed up with me after the sale was completed.

As I understand it he hasn't been a broker loan but he has the potential to serve Cressy and Everett's well with a more in-depth and complete understanding of his position I believe Derrick Jackson will be one of your best.

Derek helped me learn what I was looking for in a house. I would never had found the right house without him.
